초록

본 연구는 우리나라 상담현장에서 대학생의 진로발달을 평가하기 위해 Savickas 외(2018)의 학생용 진로설계검사(SCCI)를 한국판 대학생 진로설계검사로 타당화하였다. 본 검사의 타당도 검증을 위해 문항반응이론의 Rasch 모형과 구조방정식모형을 활용하였다. 먼저 SCCI의 문항을 번안하고, 우리나라 대학생 진로발달과업에 필요한 문항을 추가하여 예비검사용 문항 총 4개요인 38문항을 제작하였다. 예비검사는 전국 대학생 205명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 총 4개요인 28문항으로 나타났다. 본검사는 전국 대학생 566명 대상으로 실시하였고, 총 4개요인 17문항을 최종문항으로 선정하였다. 최종문항이 원척도(SCCI)의 심리적 구인을 반영하는지 확인하기 위해 구인타당도와 수렴타당도를 검증하였다. 그 결과 최종문항은 진로적응모형에 부합하였고, 진로성숙도와 진로적응능력과 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났다. 또한 최종문항의 문항 적합도와 분리신뢰도 검증결과 적절한 수준으로 나타나 본 검사는 대학생의 진로발달과업수준을 변별하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과를 토대로 최종문항이 도출된 문화적 배경과 향후 진로상담현장에서 검사활용방안에 대해 논의하였다. 

This research validate SCCI by Savickas at. al.(2018) as korean version of Student Career Construction Inventory for college students which is to evaluate college students’ career development in Korean counseling field. In this research, Rasch model from item response theory and structural equation model was used for validity evaluation. First, after items of SCCI were translated, then a pilot version was produced 38 items with 4 factors by adding the items necessary for the career development tasks of korean college students. In the pilot test, the research form were selected 28 items with 4 factors. In the final test, 566 college students throughout the country responded the research form, and the final items were selected 17 items with 4 factors. In order to confirm whether the final items reflect the psychological concept of SCCI, construct validity and convergence validity were verified. As the result, final items were corresponded with career adaptation model and correlated with career maturity and career adaptability. Moreover the result of item fit and separated validity, the final form was founded to discriminate the mastery of college students’ career development tasks. Finally, base on the result of this research the cultural background from which the final form was derived and the practical plan in the career counseling were discussed.
